This is the BEST cheesecake I have ever tasted in the last three decades I’ve been on earth.
Don’t let the photo deceive you. It is NOT that sweet. Very creamy — oh yes — and a spoonful of it lingers inside your mouth and disappears just like that. And even if you like desserts, you cannot afford to be selfish because it is THAT good. You want to share it with everybody who has a sweet tooth.
Sadly, I’ve only had two of it in my life. Since not too long ago, the chef decided to close his restaurant.
The demise of the best cheesecake in Manila always breaks my heart. Here’s to hoping the French chef reopens his new restaurant soon.
